Arizona ranked Top 5 for job creation, come hear what’s driving our growth

2018 Annual Economic Outlook luncheon with W. P. Carey School of Business faculty

What: How will the changing global economy affect us in Arizona? Join us for the Annual Economic Outlook luncheon presented by the Economic Club of Phoenix. Arizona ranks in the Top 5 for job creation, with analysts expecting smooth sailing in the year ahead. Find out what industries are driving our growth, wages and housing activity, along with results from the commercial brokers real estate survey, and a 2019 forecast for the U.S. economy — including implications from trade restrictions, the new tax bill, and Federal Reserve policy.

A panel of experts from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business will address all of the big issues during a luncheon presentation. Reporters will be given exclusive access in a media Q&A prior to the luncheon. Please RSVP in advance.

Who: Dennis Hoffman — research professor of economics and director of the L. William Seidman Research Institute

Lee McPheters — research professor of economics and director of the school’s JPMorgan Chase Economic Outlook Center

Mark Stapp — real estate and development expert and executive director of the Master of Real Estate Development program
