A W. P. Carey supply chain expert breaks down how recent tariffs could impact consumers.

In this interview aired Feb. 24, 2026, on FOX 10 Phoenix:

The goods that we receive in our grocery stores are all part of a supply chain that requires raw materials. Many of it gets imported... so if you're growing crops, if it's fertilizer, if that gets imported and it's tariffed, your final product... the price will increase. So, imagine a supply chain... if any element of that supply chain gets tariffed, if the costs increase, it'll get passed on to us.
