5 warning signs of workplace burnout, and what to do about it
Physically and emotionally exhausted? Cynical and detached? Feeling ineffective and unconfident? You may be burned out, but a little effort from both you and your company is all it takes to recover.
While an "I can do everything" attitude may motivate you from meeting to meeting, through multiple deadlines and long hours, there's a point when you experience burnout. Health experts explain that it happens when we experience stress for more than the short period of time that our bodies can handle. There are signs to watch for and ways to manage it.
