Best credit cards for bad credit
An ASU management and entrepreneurship expert discusses ways to improve poor credit scores.
In this story published Sept. 12, 2024, on WalletHub:
There are plenty of opportunities for individuals with bad credit to improve their credit scores over time using a credit card. First and foremost, an individual should develop a strategy that focuses on rebuilding their credit. The strategy should include patience, consistency, and necessity. They must be patient, as credit scores do not increase overnight. They must be consistent in their approach regarding how much they charge to the credit card each month, their ability to pay off the balance each month, and, equally as important, the necessity of paying the balance off on time. These regular habits of spending and paying the debt off completely each month are effective ways to build back good credit and develop positive habits.
