Head of the International Rescue Committee (IRC) shares the organization's refreshed strategy for providing lifesaving care and support to millions of refugees and others in desperate need. An increase in displaced people is a market requirement for the IRC in that donations have increased. With more donations, it has been able to focus on refugee programs and develop partnerships to expand its reach, which has increased its response capacity.
