Inflation Reduction Act impact on Phoenix: Will it actually help struggling households?

An ASU supply chain expert says the act does a lot of good things, but it shouldn't have been called the Inflation Reduction Act because it's not necessarily what it really is.

In this story published Sept. 13, 2022, on Fox 10 Phoenix:

We haven’t recovered from those shutdowns and all the other disruptions and so it’s going to be a while before supply flows well and that’s unfortunate but I’m thinking it’s probably another year, year and a half before we see that stuff work. You can compare it to the post-World War II period where after World War II it took a while to go back to the production of the industrial economy that we had at the time.
