
Will Suns new TV deal boost Arizona sports betting going forward?
An ASU expert says the switch from cable to direct to customer TV may increase audience reach.

The key word here is reach, as reach and audience size, those actually tuning in versus those with access to tune in, are not the same. The NBA generally and the Suns specifically are very popular and currently very, very good. This increase in reach will drive incremental audience size increases which would have the impact of increasing the demand for sports betting.
