
Feasibility study kicks off Peoria airport conversations
An ASU research study investigates the Arizona airport system's economic impact.

The first part of the study showed the overall annual benefit of airports within the Phoenix and Arizona airport systems from an economic development standpoint. According to studies from ASU's W. P. Carey School of Business and IHS Market, the combined total economic impact of airports in the state is $121.4 billion — $44.3 billion coming from Phoenix.
