You can imagine there are perfectly legitimate websites out there today where you can search for public records, so if that's available on the traditional mainstream internet, we can only imagine what's in the darknet. All of that information is available out there on the darknet. Depending on how long you've been on the internet personally, you might be able to go and retrace that history on the darknet. Probably, someone has a file out there containing what you've done.
