ASU economist: New presidency casts uncertainty on 2025 outlook
An ASU economist discusses Arizona's housing market, interest rates, and job growth during the 61st annual Economic Forecast Luncheon.
In this story published Nov. 15, 2024, in the Phoenix Business Journal:
I hope this is a new ballgame for Arizona and the country. Let’s hope it’s like the Diamondbacks when they were in the World Series and smoked the Yankees and not that game against Milwaukee in September when we choked that big eight-run lead. There are lots of reasons for caution but there are lots of reasons to be optimistic.
