According to the L. William Seidman Research Institute, which assessed the Cactus League in 2023 for Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business, the total annual economic impact of the Cactus League 'is conservatively estimated at $418.5 million state gross domestic product, including 5,893 jobs paying $271.9 million.'
